I’ve never worked with anyone as good as Liz. We wanted to sell a home out of state and our property manager referred us to Liz. We were hesitant to try to sell because the market wasn’t great and we’d tried before and or realtor was inattentive and didn’t pay us much attention. Liz was amazing. She asked for a 3 month commitment to try to sell our house and I’m convinced it sold because Liz was in charge of selling it. I always felt in the loop of what was going on with the house, but never felt like I had to be in charge of it. She understands the market so well, she asked me basic questions and guided me to where I wanted to price the home and through how to respond to offers. She was incredible- I just can’t say enough good things about her. She doesn’t annoy you by checking in every day or telling you what’s happening every second. She spends her time working. Marketing. Showing. Selling your place. She’s magic. Didn’t even know someone could be as professional. If your selling, buying, whatever. Give Liz a shot. I promise you’ll be happy you did

"Liz is AMAZING! I ended up finding the perfect lot/location and I honestly don't think I would own the property today if it weren't for Liz and all of her help.I live in New Orleans and was looking for property in Gulfport...a bit of a challenge to begin with. Therefore, I was limited as to when I could look at properties, mainly weekends and after work hours. Liz was a Saint for being so accommodating to my schedule. (In other words, I know I was a pain in the butt to work with, but Liz is too kind to admit that and she's awesome for putting up with me!) Once I had the property under contract, there were a number of planning/zoning questions. Liz went above and beyond to contact all the right people and make sure all the questions got answered so I could successfully close on the property.Long story short...I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I truthfully do not think it would have been possible if it weren't for Liz. I HIGHLY recommend her and would gladly work with her again if I were buying or selling property in MS. Thanks again, Liz!"

"We were in contact with Liz for over a year from another state and she was very helpful with not only assisting us in finding a home but also the relocation in general. We had many questions about cities, neighborhoods, insurance, flood zones, etc, etc and she answered them all. Liz was very patient while we zeroed in on what we really wanted and went out of her way to help us find it when we were in town. She actually listened to what we wanted and only presented us with appropriate options. Liz has also provided invaluable assistance since we have relocated with regard to recommending service providers and things she knows we might enjoy. "This is the second time I had worked with Liz. She communicated regularly with me thru the process, even accomadating the change in our time zones. When offers arrived she highlited the pros and cons of each offer to ensure I didn't miss any of the details. After the sales contract was agreed to she continued to work with the closing company to ensure the closing was smooth. I was traveling internationally during some of the negotions. Liz made herself available to talk when my travel scheduled allowed. While the decisions were mine her opinion made it easy for me to make decisions. After closing Liz provided me the form and information I needed for tax purposes since I am not a resident of Mississippi."

"Ms. Liz is an excellent realtor. She handled the sale of my late mothers house and she did it with such patience. I’ll first start by saying I do not live in the state and she went above and beyond her call of duty by doing such things as keeping a check on the house and picking up mail that my nephew had delivered there after I had advised him not to among many many more things. My older sister was a pain however she maintained her professionalism when talking to her and trust me that’s something to be rewarded for. It didn’t matter the time of day that I contacted her if she didn’t answer she always made sure to make contact back with me the same day. I can go on and on about the great service that she provided but my words could never express just how great she is. She really deserves the highest recognized award she can get from the company and that still wouldn’t be enough. I highly recommend if your looking for a realtor you be sure to call on her."
