I have worked with 6 real estate agents buying 4 homes in 4 states. I’ve never worked with anyone as good as Liz. We wanted to sell a home out of state and our property manager referred us to Liz. We were hesitant to try to sell because the market wasn’t great and we’d tried before and or realtor was inattentive and didn’t pay us much attention. Liz was amazing. She asked for a 3 month commitment to try to sell our house and I’m convinced it sold because Liz was in charge of selling it. I always felt in the loop of what was going on with the house, but never felt like I had to be in charge of it. She understands the market so well, she asked me basic questions and guided me to where I wanted to price the home and through how to respond to offers. She was incredible- I just can’t say enough good things about her. She doesn’t annoy you by checking in every day or telling you what’s happening every second. She spends her time working. Marketing.
